Is there any update on whether or not there is a fix for Intuit Online Payroll one click export not working since I upgraded to Quicken 2014 Home & Business.
The rep was very friendly and tried to be helpful, but was not able to fix the problem.
We uninstalled One-Click and reinstalled it, but that did not fix it. The official answer from Intuit Online Payroll is that "One Click Export" was built by an outside company for Intuit and will not be updated.
It can be made to work with IE11, Win 7 64 bit, and Quicken 2013 Home & Business - but in order to do so you need to turn off all kinds of security setting built into Window. Truly frightening from a leading financial software company. Th install of 2014 also corrupted my install of Norton Ghost. I was using Quicken Home and Business 2013 and one click export was working fine with Intuit Online Payroll.
I can no longer recommend Intuit Payroll to new users. I upgraded to 2014 primarily to get the "pay loan payment" button that I heard was implemented.
Also is anyone else able to export using the QIF option. I am convinced the problem is originating from quicken 2014.
When I go to import the file my checking acct is not listed and it says that checking savings and investment accounts can not accept Qif files. For some reason online payroll is unable to indentify the files in 2014. Intuit if you are listening - you MUST get One Click Export working again between Intuit Online Payroll and Quicken on modern computers (Win&+ and 64 bit).
I suggest buying 2013 if you can find it and use it until this bug is fixed. that doesn't work then I would have to recommend contacting us by Chat or Phone, so we can get more information on this issue along with what browser and operating system you are using. This will allow us to further troubleshoot with you and document this problem, so we can make sure this gets resolved for you.
Tried today after I was told that should work seeing as my 2011 was working. On the loans I had already set up in 2013 no pay loan payment button appeared. I also do not like any of the new features on 2014 that put scheduled bills into the register.
It's too difficult to distinguish them from the entered register items.
I guess there really was no reason to update the 2014 whatsoever. Obviously this problem has been round for at least nine months.
You would think a company of this stature would have at least attempted to fix this problem associated with Quicken 2014. I don't believe it has anything to do with the operating system. I did not have any problems util upgrading to quicken 2014.
